Hey there, I'm Wyatt Kahler. I grew up in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, but my journey started back in San Antonio, Texas. When I was just a young kid, my parents made the move up here, and I've been here ever since. I went through the Blue Mountain School District for a while before finishing up at Nativity BVM High School. After high school, I did a bit of work in a garage, but then I got the chance to join the local electrical workers union as an apprentice. Been working as an electrician full-time since 2019, and on the weekends and afternoons, you'll find me pouring my heart into KW Property Services. It's been a dream of mine to run my own business, so starting up my sealcoating and asphalt company last year was a big step. I'm all about providing top-notch work with quality materials, at a fair price. Balancing my electrical work during the week with the business on the side can be tough, but it's worth it to see the results and make a difference in our community.
Our Services
When we seal your driveway, we inspect for oil, clean off debris, mask off areas, and apply sealer evenly for protection. For crack filling, we examine, clean, backfill with sand, apply filler, and add a sand topcoat for durability. Our patching process involves removing damaged asphalt, adding extra for compaction, and leveling to match existing asphalt. After each process, we block off the area for 48-72 hours for sealing and 24 hours for crack filling to ensure it sets properly.
